About Grant Consultants
Susan Grant
Susan Grant was born and raised in New York City. She graduated George Washington University with a psychology degree and arrived in Los Angeles to study for her masters in clinical psychology at California Graduate Institute. Susan worked for a flooring dealership while attending graduate school. In 1978, she joined Career Consultants in the Westwood-Los Angeles area, a national placement agency. At the onset Susan discovered a much needed void and pioneered the floor covering industry as a recruiter.
In April of 1980 with continued success, Susan formed her own company, Grant Consultants, Ltd. Her name has been recognized as a reliable source in assisting companies find top talent in the highly specialized interior products industry. Her company has been continuously evolving to become more commercially oriented, including companies that manufacture related products such as furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, laminates and various building products. Almost 40 years after opening her doors, Susan continues to be a leader in this highly competitive industry serving clients in the US and Canada.
Bonnie Weinberg
Bonnie Weinberg is a California native. She attended UCLA, majoring in Interior Design but ultimately found her passion in sales. She spent over 20 years as a showroom/ sales manager for a top high end designer driven residential/commercial flooring dealer in West Hollywood. She joined Grant Consultants as a recruiter in 2000 and has continued to expand her knowledge of the industry to include all interior products.
Bonnie’s strengths include the ability to relate to people, organizational skills with enthusiasm and dedication to her career. She has a great attitude, is focused, strategic and driven to succeed in finding the right candidates for their clients.
