Susan Grant started as a recruiter with Career Consultants in Los Angeles in 1978. She pioneered all facets of the floor covering industry, all products and all segments. In April of 1980, she founded Grant Consultants opening her first office in Beverly Hills. Early on she expanded her client base to include products such as wall covering, fabric, furniture, building products and laminates in Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and High End Luxury.
